Mickey, Papa, and Friends, Oh My!!

Eric had the day off for Labor Day, so we headed to one of our favorite places....which also happens to be the Happiest Place on Earth :)

Some of our favorite friends met us there and were celebrating Kacey's 5th birthday! Sooo exciting!

Emiley and Kacey have always been sooo nice to Whitney and we LOVE watching our girls together :)

Whitney got to meet Rapunzel for the first time! She was SUPER excited and has talked about living in a tower a lot since then :)

The girls all love Tinker Bell and I just adore this pic :)

Disney is always a fun place for our family, and we love spending time with friends.....couldnt have asked for a better day!

Last weekend was Grandparents Day! Whitney was over-the-moon excited to have her Papa at her school's pancake breakfast with her! He joined us at chapel and watched Whitney dance with her class and then ate some pancakes with his oldest granddaughter :) Im not sure who had the most fun!

There is one song the school sings during chapel that has motions to go along with the words.  Whitney reallllly gets into the "stomp, stomp, stomp" part :)

Love her looking at her teacher, Ms. Kari :) She just LOVES going to school!
And of course, she had to seek out her Papa to make sure he was having a good time, too :)

It was so much fun watching Whitney and Papa strengthen their bond and get to know each other better :)

We've had some really busy weekends lately, and it doesnt appear they will be slowing down anytime soon!
This past weekend, my "Little Sister" from my sorority days came to visit us with her husband and their daughter.  We visited them briefly in July, and Whitney really loved her time with Elsa.  It was so much fun watching them play and talk and laugh!

We went to Magic Kingdom on Saturday and Elsa got to meet the Princesses for the first time! She has never been to Disney World, and we feel so blessed that we got to be there to witness the look in her eyes the first time she saw Cinderella sitting before her.

We got a lot accomplished and had hardly any wait times on rides. (That's why I recommend Sept for visits to Disney!) We met three Princesses, saw Pluto, Daisy, Snow White, Mary Poppins, Pooh, Tigger, Tweedles Dee and Dum, and several other characters throughout the parks, and we got to ride the tea cups, the carousel, Small World, Philharmagic, Buzz Lightyear and saw the parade.  Cant beat it! We were only there 3.5 hours but we were super-efficient!

I cant belieeeeve I didnt get ONE pic of me and Annie together :(, but I got a bunch of cute pics of our girls toasting and tea-partying :)

We had so much fun catching up and laughing and remembering "way back when".  The girls got along great, made memories of their own, and created memories for their mommies to cherish :)

I have more pics to share so I'll be back tomorrow (promise!!) with more cuteness and fun!
 love
