I am the luckiest girl in the world. Okay, so Whitney is a close second, but *I* feel like the luckiest girl in the world this week because Eric's cousin, Devin, and her mom, Aunt Cindy, are having fun creating new dresses for Whitney and her cousins! How cute are these dresses!? Devin is "a beginner", but youd really never know it. Its so fun to get new dresses, custom made just for our girl :)

I tried to teach Whitney how to "pose" for the camera and smile. It turned into fits of giggles and belly laughs, and eventually ended in her in a heap of laughter on the floor :)

How CUTE is this dress!?!? Love the wrap-around pattern, and we've always loved Whitney in purple :)

And her first Christmas dress of the season! She loved that it had cupcakes on it, and I loved the fit and colors :)

We can't thank you enough, Devin and Aunt Cindy!! I am excited to see what creations Whitney gets to model next! You guys are AWESOME!!
Whitney has reallllly enjoyed her new class at school! She has always loved her teachers, but its fun to see her giggle and play with her new classmates. She still says she misses Morgan, from her old class, occasionally, but she has fun stories about her new friends and is obviously learning more songs and poems and stuff now.
On Monday, she had a great day at school and couldnt wait to go see GG when I picked her up! We ran home to put her costume on and then dashed over to GG's place for a quick visit. Whitney points to GG's building every time we drive by (several times a week), exclaiming, "Dats where GG wivvs!!" Last week, she sadly pointed and said, "Dats where GG wivvs....I miss GG." Thankfully, we got to go visit him on Monday, all dressed up as Snow White!

I always love watching Whitney hold GG's hand and race down the hall towards the elevators (ell-ji-bay-ter).

We came home and snapped some pics (note the mutt in the window):

Whitney took a nap and woke up excited for some Trick-or-Treating! She had fun knocking on the doors and collecting candy, happily saying "Trick or Treat!!" and then "Thank you! Happy Halloweeeen!!" when the candy was safely in her bucket :) Such a good girl. And Daddy was a ROCK STAR! He took Whitney to about 15 houses...just enough to have fun but not overdo it. She really "got it" this year and was sooo much fun!

This picture cracks me up. Conrad is in love with Whitney right now. Whitney nicely gives him hugs and giggles when he tries to chat with her, but she has lovingly started patting his head and saying, "Awwwww" when he tries to get her attention. As in: "Awwww, that's cute, Buddy, but I really just wanna be friends......"

Conrad, Whitney, and Cortland....Snow White and two Supermen!

We had a great night with lots of fun and excitement from our princess! I cant believe we will have another pumpkin in the house next Halloween!!

And Eric now has a reminder on his phone to ensure we take a weekly belly bump picture. I had visions of pics in the same spot with cute signs and lookin' cute...however, it is quickly becoming, "Oh! We forgot again! Do you want me to take a picture really fast before we dart out the door/go to bed/head to church/etc.??" So, here is the 14 week belly pic. Not exciting and nothing really new to report. Ive still only gained one pound in the seven weeks since we found out. I feel great 95% of the time, and food is starting to sound good again. Im still tired, but not napping the way I was a few weeks ago...just getting solid sleep at night. My cravings are all over the place....we neverrrr keep ice cream in the house, but we are on carton #2 since we learned of baby's existence. When nothing sounds good, I can exist on cheetos and/or salt and vinegar chips. I really want sushi, and unfortunately ahi tuna sounds amaaazing but its on the "no-no" list. I dont miss anything, but I would sorta like a peppermint flavored iced coffee from McDonald's this holiday season. :) I dont think I am showing yet, and my pants/clothes agree. Nothing is too snug or tight yet, though I have had two people say they see a belly today.....embarassingly, that is likely just the fact that I havent been drinking water, but have been eating salty foods like they are going out of style! I think it will be a few more weeks before I can officially say I see a BABY belly, and not just a POTATO CHIP belly :)
