This dude has been so fun lately! His personality comes out more and more each day and its so fun to see him grow up! He is LOVING gym class!

The kids went outside to help Eric grill, and they ran inside soooo excited to give me the flowers they picked for me 😃
The weather has been gorgeous lately! Coloring Nd an after-school snack on the porch? Yes please!!
Whitney's class was assigned a leprechaun trap project. She had big ideas about what a leprechaun trap should be and should not be. So I turned this project over to Daddy for some Daddy-Daughter bonding.
They discussed plans and ideas. Gathered materials. And got to work.
"Well knock this out in 30 minutes!"
She was soooo happy with the finished product!
She cut, taped, glued, colored it all herself!
The pool is 71 degrees already! I cant wait for lots of pool days ahead!!!

He LOVES his bed. Whitney did, too, so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised.
Whitney was down for the count two weeks ago. She went to school on Monday and found out she was Star Student for the week! She was SOOO excited!
On Tuesday night, she had a fever. I didn't know what we were up against, but I knew she couldn't go to school. I thought she would be SO SAD but she was feeling so yucky that she said she agreed that she shouldn't go to school. Poor girl was burning up. Occasionally she said she had a headache and she missed her class field trip to the strawberry patch because we didn't want her to be too far from a potty :(
When Whitney was home recovering from her fever and headaches, Grady headed to school. So that gave me and Whitney three un-interrupted hours together! I was SO excited! We couldn't do anything or go anywhere without risking spreading the fever germs, so we stayed home and read book after book after book. She amazed me! She and I took turn reading pages in "The Cat in the Hat". She read SOOO well! So proud of her :)
Whitney found this cassette tape in a box of my teaching stuff and asked, "What is THIS!?"
She has no concept of a cassette or a VHS or a world pre-iphone!
He's starting to look TWO already! :(

We had our favorites over a few weeks ago. Love nights like this!!
The girls crashed before the parents were easy to call it a night.
Whitney had her very first soccer game! Her team WON!

The kids are such troopers! We had a busy morning at Ws soccer game. Then ran errands. The crash was starting as we played on the porch, but when we said we were gonna meet Uncle Eddie and Aunt DeeDee for pizza, both kids rallied for baths and to head out!
And they even stopped to let me take their pics 😃
Grady's been liking the big kid room at church each Sunday. He seems less baby now :(
While we ate on the porch, a hawk was enjoying a giant fish dinner on the roof across the lake.
I love this age. It was my favorite age with Whitney (though five years old is looking like it might be a new favorite!) and it's my favorite with Grady for different reasons.
I rounded the corner and found him like this:

Whenever I say, "Ok, Grady! Let's head to your room to change your diaper!" He runs and hides. And giggles.
Whitney's school had a petting zoo two weeks ago. Both kids had fun!
He thought it was hilarious when the ducks flapped their wings!

We watched an IMAX movie about butterflies!

Both kids loved digging for dinosaur bones!
It was a fun day! And Daddy saved the day by running back inside to retrieve a forgotten/misplaced Monkey Blankie!

Whitney has been enjoying our staycation countdown!
And we closed out March by planting some flowers!
We are excited for April and Red Sox baseball and pool days and birthdays and visits from family!
