2008 has taken an exciting turn....

Monday's interview went GREAT! I was offered the position and accepted immediately. I filled out paperwork, went hom to change clothes, and went back to work to start setting up the classroom! I am working with 3 other women in the Infant room. Our kids will be 6 weeks to 6 months old, and it is a 3:1 ratio. Twelve kids, total. The center is brand new and doesnt open til Monday, so we used this week to set up the exersaucers, cribs, gliders, bouncies, high chairs, jumparoos, etc etc...LOTS of assembly required!
We have 5 kids starting on Monday and I cant wait to meet them. The oldest kids were born in January, and the youngest was born March 5th! BABIES!! :)
Also, great hours (7:30am-4:30pm), an easy "uniform" (khaki pants, running shoes, and the uniform collared shirt), and close to home! Perfect for me! :)





Eric and I are still excited about our adoption seminar on the 21st. We keep adding to our list of questions. Right now, the money is the only thing standing in the way. Chase gives us $10k, but we have to come up with the remaining $14k. We could use 401k money, but would like to avoid that if possible. We WILL figure out a way to MAKE it happen! :)
