This past weekend, we drove a few hours away to visit our newest niece, Callie and her big brother, Corbyn! It was so nice to spend some time with my SIL, Lynzie, and to let the kids hang together :) We couldnt be happier for the whole family!!
When we got home, Whitney was especially cuddly, and bailey couldnt wait to join in the fun :) LOVE these moments!!

Eric's mom and stepdad sent Whitney some cool new kicks! She looks about 6 years old in them! SOO cute! She thinks they make her run FAST!!
Last night we went to an event for our friends and neighbors. It was fun to have all the kids together outside the neighborhood!
Tomorrow I am having some moles removed from my leg, and, having done this gig before, I am NOT looking forward to it. No pool, no running, no FUN. Not to mention the whole "it hurts" thing. BUT, I'll take a week of some pain if it means some potentially scary moles are goners. :) As I called my mom to ask if she could watch Whitney when I go to the appointment tomorrow, I realized mid-phone call, just how blessed we are to have family so close. What if Eric had been transferred out of state last year? Who would I get to watch W if I had to go to an appointment? Or if I just wanted some kid-free Walmart trips? Who would take care of her when I get the flu? It just makes life soo much more fun and relaxed..and takes such a huge weight off our shoulders, knowing that Whitney gets to hang with family members while we get a life. :)
So, Thanks Mac and Gramps, for always finding time to watch our Whitterbug! We really appreciate it!!!
