Weekend Recap

We had a busy weekend with lots of family and friends :) (That seems to be the theme EVERY weekend :))

On Thursday, Eric and I brought Whitney to Hollywood Studios after dinner to meet up with my "friend who lives in my computer," Randi. Her family was visiting from 14 hours away and while Randi has been a great online friend, we had never met in person. So it was very fun to meet her SUPER nice husband and their 3 FUN boys. Whitney was excited to meet new people and ate up all the attention they dished out :) Kaleb, Karson, and Kaden are SOO sweet and they all have GREAT personalities and manners. I loved meeting them and their fabulous mommy :)

Friday night was low-key, just us. We drove down to the outlets and did a little shopping, then grabbed takeout and ate after Whitney went to bed. I was disappointed that our original plans fell through, but it turned out to be a very fun night, spent with the ones I love the most. :)
Saturday, we hung out in the pool for a while and then headed over to a fun housewarming party for Eric's cousin, Ashlee and her hubby Keith.  Whitney was excited to spend some quality time with her Memaw (Eric's grandmother) :) Im not sure who enjoyed it more!

Whitney also got some cuddles and love from her "Aunt" Mandi :) Whitney cant wait to meet her cousin Kaia in the next few months!!

Sunday was Father's Day and a great day to celebrate the amazing man God chose to be Whitney's daddy. Eric is truly THE BEST daddy in the whole world. He may not be perfect, but he is the PERFECT Daddy for Whitney, and that makes me love him more and more every day. Whitney RUNS to the door when she hears the garage door open. She starts saying "DaDaDaDaDa" as soon as she hears his voice in another room, and she has stars in her eyes when she looks at him.

I am slacking in the picture-taking lately, and unfortunately dont have many pictures from Sunday, which STINKS because we saw Whitney's Papa, Nanny/Grandma Robin, Uncle Jake, Aunt Christina, Uncle Parker, Uncle Dawson, Aunt Crystal, Uncle Daniel, and cousins Kyle, and Dean. No pictures. :( Then, we went to my parents' house to celebrate MY Rock Star dad and grandfather, and I didnt get any pics there either. :( BOOOO. I'll try to grab the camera more often in the days to come, but for now here are some fun videos to make up for the lack of pictures :)
