Whitney Funnies

* Wadieees and Gennelmehhhn...Booooyeez and Guuuuurrrrls....
(Ladies and Gentlemen! Boys and Girls!)  She drags out the words the same way everytime, so I know she heard them on a show or movie recently and is simply repeating them.  Sooo funny.

Mommy: Oh no! Sleeping Beauty is all wet! Remember to keep your big girl panties dry, Whitney! Poor Sleeping Beauty is all wet now (sad face)
Whitney: Yeah.
Mommy: Remember? You have to tell Mommy before you start going potty on Sleeping Beauty and the princess panties.
Whitney: Yeah, but Mommy will just put Sweeping Booty in the dishwasher.

(She means the washing machine, but still.  She clearly doesnt care that she peed on Sleeping Beauty's head......again.)

*Good job, Mommy!
(said as I was doing laundry.....thanks, Kid!)

*Good job, Daddy!
(said while Eric fixed her closet door...again, thanks for the pat on the back, Whitter!)

* WHAT ARE WE WAITING FORRR???
(said with a cutesy tone whenever she thinks we should do something fast!
ie "Wets go to Disney World! What are we waiting for!?!?"
"Wets go SWIMMIN'!! What are we WAITING for?!?!"
.....not to be confused with:
* Wets do dis real fast!
(used for diaper changes, quick trips into walmart, etc)

Some recent videos....nothing spectacular or amazing, but some fun she's been having lately:

I wouldnt normally share a video or pic of a half-clothed Whitney, but the ensemble (hair bow, ruby slippers, and one of the last diapers she will ever wear (....we hope))

More on this whole potty training business once I decide if it has been a success of a giant failure.  So far, we are about average.  We tried for 5 hours tonight and killed 18 pairs of princess panties.  BUT, Whitney is now able to recognize that she is about to go, tell us, and then SPRINT like the WIND to the bathroom.  The trickiest part seems to be getting her panties down fast enough.  We're workin' on it though!  I think she has proven she is ready and physically able, but it has to "click".  I am confident she will get it quickly and aware that we will just have to deal with the occasional wet bed or accident.  Those things are more inconvenient for ME than for her, so I am mentally preparing myself and praying for mercy :)
