Who Needs the THREE Day Method!??!

Our girl potty trained in TWO days :) Technically, it was less than two days, but I wont brag :)

Ok, fine, I WILL brag!
SHE ROCKS!!  Whitney woke up from her nap yesterday completely DRY! She was so proud of herself as she ran to the potty, did her thing, and earned her M&M (which she only eats half the time...she just likes the reward aspect, not necessarily the candy)

She was accident-free the rest of Day One, and went to bed with big girl panties in her big girl bed.  She woke up at 3am, said "Mommy! I have to go potty!", raced into the bathroom, did her thing, hopped back in bed, and was back to sleep in no time!  Then, she woke up for the day at 7am, again completely dry.  She went potty, got her M&M, drank a cup of milk, and then said, "Mommy, I have to go potty again."  She walked across the house to her bathroom (no more sprinting for this girl!), went potty, and earned another M&M (but again, didnt eat it).

Im not sure we can claim she is 100% potty trained yet, but she is SUPER close, and certainly closer than I thought we would be less than 48 hours into this gig! I can NOT believe how easy this was/is.  Thanks so much to allllll my mommy friends near and far :) You helped me stay motivated when Friday had my girl in 28 pairs of panties, and Im sooo glad we stuck it out :)
I also want to give a HUGE "THANK YOU" to Eric's cousin, Devin and her friend Charlotte! They spent the night here after the Taylor Swift concert last night, and were two of Whitney's BIGGEST fans! They clapped and cheered when she pottied like a big girl.  They high fived her and let her show them ALLLLL of her panties.  They watched Tinkerbell with her three times in less than 24 hours.  These girls ROCK! THANKS, Devin and Charlotte! We love the way you love our girl :) xoxo
Our first venture out in public without diapers will be a trip to Toys R Us! We are getting a travel potty seat and a Lizzy doll! :) Whitney is soooo excited!!!!!
