First, Whitney and I headed over to Mac's house to try out the swings at her neighborhood park. Whitney laughed and smiled the whole time :) She LOOOOOVES her Mac and she LOOOVED the swings :) I'm not sure we'll buy one for the house since the park is a nice escape from the house and a great excuse to go visit Mac!
After the park, Mac joined us on a quick shopping trip (KMart has preschool games on sale for $3.99 through Saturday! We stocked up for ourselves and got gifts for other little ones we know and for the Toybox for Kids that our church does at Christmas every year. There is no sign or indication that the games are so cheap, but the rang up $3.99...check it out!)
While we were wandering around the toy section, I came across some fun finger paints on sale for $1. They are Crayola brand and non-toxic, etc etc. Whitney couldnt wait to get home and paint! :) She had so much fun! The pics arent that great cuz I was on stand-by, waiting for her to shove the paint in her mouth or ear...but still a fun memory, and her first painting is priceless! :)
So it was a busy and fun-silled day with the Whitterbug! :) Have I mentioned how much I LOOOVE being a mommy?? How bout how much I LOOOVE living near my own mommy?? Yeah. Life. is. Goood!
