We had a great weekend! On Saturday we celebrated the up-coming birth of a new niece, Callie! Eric's sister, Lynzie, is due at the end of next month and she is TOOO cute :) It was soooo nice to see Aunts and cousins from out of town, my SIL Christina who lives on town away, and Whitney's Papa and Grandma Robin.
I was worried that Whitney would be a distraction...and she was. :( But Im hoping the other guests enjoyed the show Whitney put on, and there was another little boy there so I wasnt the only attendant with a baby in tow.
These pretty girls from our family gathered together.....
....to celebrate this Momma and her little girl due next month!
Whitney REALLY enjoyed spending time with Grandma Robin. :)
Baby Callie is already a season pass holder for Disney, so we HAD to share our love for all things Minnie and Monogrammed:
HOW cute is this onesie!? (Which reminds me...stay tuned for pics of Whitney in the most adorable bathng suit her Grandma Debbie and Papa Butch sent her for her birthday...Oh. My. GOSH!)
Whitney is practicing her tumbling moves so she can be an amazing gymnast like her cousin, Devin :)
Aunt Christina shared some snuggles with Whitney.
Whitney got some lovin' from Aunt Crystal, too :)
At the end of the shower, Big Brother Corbyn joined us with the other boys from the family:
Oh, Papa, you stole my bow!!
Mommy, I LOOOVE this guy!!!!
Dont they all look alike?!
Eric with his sis and Miss Whitney (and Baby Callie, of course)
On Saturday night, we met up with some of our other favorite family members at the Swamp House Grill for some food and drinks to celebrate DeeDeeDeeDee's birthday, and meet her momma who was in from Tennessee. A great time was had by all :)
I love them so much, I could just SQUEEEEZE them :)
Ok, for real this time :)
On Sunday, we all took naps and relaxed before heading a few houses down to celebrate a very special little girl's very first birthday! Bells turned one on Wednesday and Whitney was very excited to share in the cake and celebration :)
Bells had the BEST first birthday cake smash Ive seen yet. She was LOVING it!
Its sooo wonderful having such great friends just houses away!
Mommy Susana with the beautiful birthday girl!!
Let's get this party started!!
Big brother, Ike, couldnt wait to sing and blow out the candles!
How cute is SHE!?
Whitney was taking notes for her birthday party this Saturday :) To smash, or not to smash??
Unfortunately, party time was interrupted by nap time, so we all headed home earlier than we had hoped, but just in time for another family nap before dinner. :)
(Jay, if you cheated and read this far...im serious this time...STOP reading....youll ruin a FUN surprise.....go read another blog. Stop reading this one until after you visit this weekend. Thanks :))
And here are a few pics of the cuteness that will ensue this week as we celebrate Whitney's first birthday and enjoy visits with my Aunt Gerry and my brother, "Uncle Jamey".
Like I said...stay tuned for way more cuteness in the day ahead :)
