*I am thankful that my parents live 3 miles away and are so actively involved in Whitney's life.
*I am thankful for My Food Diary since it is helping me keep track of my calories and weight loss (or...err...gain?) in an attempt to hold myself accountable. I love that I can quickly log my food there and find out how many calories I have left for the day, etc. VERY helpful :)
*I am thankful for the time we were able to spend with family last weekend. We hadnt seen Eric's bro and sis-in-law and our niece in months, so it was GREAT getting together, catching up, and espeically watching the girls play. Need to do that more often :)
*That reminds me that I am thankful for the girlfriends who love me despite the fact that I sometimes fall off the planet without warning! I may not call, text, email, or see them alllll the time, but my girls understand that about me and know that I still love them. I love catching up after a few weeks away from them, too!
*I LOVE Disney On-Demand. We've only had the service added to our cable for 24 hours now, but it was love at first sight. Now, Special Agent Oso, those Little Einstein kids, and Mickey and the gang only come to my house when *I* say so. They are at MY COMMAND now :)...and that's just great :) (Oh, and I am not constantly flipping through saved kiddie shows to find my Law and Orders, Snappeds, and Datelines. :))
*I am thankful for all the experiences I've had in life. Good, Bad, and UGLY. I have been thinking about it a lot lately. I am really grateful that God handed me every obstacle, every "no", every "wait some more". I learned more from the bad stuff/hard stuff than I did from the happy good stuff. Dont get me wrong...I can do without anymore drama for a looooong time...but I DO appreciate the lessons I have learned from the crappy parts.
*I am thankful that my nephew, Corbyn, does NOT have Leukemia or any other scary, life-changing illness. I suppose his diagnosis and blood tranfusion ARE life altering, but from what I understand, they are not nearly as scary as the L word.
*I am thankful that the dress I plan to wear to Eric's bro's wedding this weekend fits. And is even a little bit big (but I am using that as 'room for food and wine', so no alterations are necessary) :)
And of course, I am thankful for this little pumpkin :)

(Yes, those are PJs. Yes, she has a bow in her hair with her PJs on. And yes, the PJs include a matching tutu. I need to add here "I am thankful for having a little girl to dress up!" :))

That is so hilarious that she is wearing a bow and tutu with her pjs. It brings joy to me heart! HAHA!
Great idea...I need to do that too. Count my blessings one by one. You rock!
Definitely things to be thankful for! I wish we lived closer to my folks. That is one thing I really feel like we are missing out on. But, God has different plans for us right now. I think our girls would be great friends! They like doing lots of the same things and have the same sense of fashion! HA! Whitney is precious!
So many things to be thankful for! I love you and miss you, hun! We need to catch up soon. :)
