Disney in December

Yesterday, we spent the day at 3 of the Disney parks. We started at Magic Kingdom to meet Mickey and Minnie, hit a ride, and watch the parade, then headed to EPCOT for some drinks in Great Britain (best. people. watching. EVERRR. We have decided there needs to be a "People of Disney" website similar to the "People of Walmart" site.), and finished with some more of the Osborne Family light spectacle/xmas music/extravagana and a yummy dinner at The Hollywood Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios. Everyone had a great time watching Whitney react to all the sights and sounds Disney offers. :) Whitney is mobile now, so getting her to sit still with Mickey and Minnie was NOT going to happen, but it was fun trying :) We went on "Its a Small World" again, and while Whitney was impressed, she was preoccupied with her gums/teeth, so she spent a lot of the ride blowing raspberries and sucking on her lip. Mac and Gramps added to her (my?) Minnie obsession with an Irish Minnie and a spinning-lights-up Minnie that mesmerized all Uncle Jamey for a while on the bus to the next park. :)And Uncle Jamey continues to be Whitney's new fav person :)

Whitney wasnt UN-happy yesterday (who can be sad at Disney!?), but this is one of the few smiles caught on camera. She was too busy rubbing her gums to smile. :(

She got her second (third?) wind at dinner, and was ready to party. Uncle Jamey one-upped himself and gave her the next-best-thing-to-wrapping paper....STRAWS!!
