6 weeks old today!

Whitney was born six weeks ago today! I can hardly believe she is already a month and a half! She is SOOO much fun! Eric and i both love to sit her on our laps, facing us, and just talk and gab and make silly faces and noises. She smiles and coos and tries soooo hard to tell stories. I've been tempted to try to get it on video, but we just sound so foolish that I am not sure we should publish that for all to witness. :)
I walked into her room this afternoon and she was "talking" to her Sleep Sheep from Grandma Debbie. It was so sweet! She was smiling and trying so hard to get lil noises and squeaks out. I tried to get it on video, but she looked at me like I was crazy and stopped the cuteness immediately.
The last few nights, Whitney has been sleeping 6 hours, getting up for 30 minutes to take a 5 or 6 oz bottle, and then sleeping for another 4 or 5 hours. It is MARVELOUS! And when she wakes up in the morning, she smiles and coos right away. Such a happy baby!!! We are TRULY blessed!
