Meeting Aunt Gerry and the Great-Grandparents!

My mom's sister, Gerry came into town from Cleveland to meet her newest great-niece! Eric filmed her meeting us at the airport...toooo funny! We thought airport security might think there was a terrorist threat occuring since she screamed so loud and ran to greet us! We surprised her at the airport and have had so much fun since she got here :)


After a long "photoshoot" yesterday, Whitney was wiped out. She took a nap at her Lulu's house (today's nickname for Grandma...my mom) and had a nice time cuddling with everyone.







I promise we let Aunt Ger hold her, but these pics are from her camera...so she doesnt pop up until Mom sends me her pics. :)

Today, Eric and my dad (who has yet to create a nickname...suggestions?) went golfing (Dad shot 74!) while Aunt Ger and Mom enjoyed some time in the sun, and Whitney and I enjoyed a long nap on the couch. I have waited so long for cuddles like this!



Yesterday, I didnt get to blog since things were so hectic. (It looked like we were moving into my mom and dad's house with all the "stuff" that accomanpies an infant!) But on Tuesday, Whitney got to meet some other special people in our lives. Eric's grandparents, Memaw and Grandaddy came over to meet their 13th great-grandchild!



Tomorrow, my Aunt Gerry's friend Carole is driving up from Tampa to meet Miss Whitney and visit with us. I promise to post pics as proof and evidence that Aunt Gerry is, in fact, HERE. :) She is here until Sunday.

Next week, Eric goes back to work :(, so he is trying to soak up a lot of time with his little girl. He goes back for one whole week, but will then take 3 days off the following week when Papa Butch and Grammaw Debbie come to meet their 2nd granddaughter! I am anticipating lots of pics and videos that week, too!
